## Services

- Production services across the region (Thailand, the Philippines, Taiwan,
  Malaysia, Indonesia): scouting and planning, physical
  production, commercial production, post-production supervision, incentive
  and audit navigation, business affairs with entertainment counsel in-house.
- Executive producing and packaging: script development, packaging and
  talent attachment, production oversight, post and delivery, sales and
  distribution (5% on direct sales, never double-commissioned), legal and
  business affairs. Deal terms are published at /producing.
- Content acquisition and distribution: acquires film rights (library,
  back-catalog, and new releases) on a sub-agency, co-agency, or direct license
  basis, and places titles with regional OTT platforms, AVOD/FAST services, pay
  television operators, and telecom content partners. Assembles multi-title
  programming packages and evaluates select titles for remake rights. Focus is
  commercial narrative film in any language; documentary selectively. Primary
  territories: Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines,

## Film incentives in Southeast Asia (verified August 2026)

- Thailand: 15–30% cash rebate on qualified spend (base 15–25% by tier plus
  uplifts to a 30% ceiling), minimum THB 50 million, per-project cap
  abolished 1 January 2025. A separate 20% rebate covers post, VFX, and
  animation from THB 5 million per contract. Source: Thailand Film Office.
- Philippines: FLIP, a selective 20% cash rebate capped at PHP 25 million
  (25% and PHP 30 million with cultural-merit uplift). Minimums: PHP 20M
  feature, PHP 24M series, PHP 8M documentary. Selective fund with

- Malaysia: FIMI, 30% on qualifying Malaysian spend (35% with cultural
  uplift), minimum MYR 5 million production / MYR 1.5 million post-only.

## Team

Four partners with careers across studio production, entertainment law, and
talent representation, working with an experienced production team: Julian
Jeong (Chairman, former head of CJ Entertainment's studio era), Gregory Segal
(Head of Production, entertainment attorney and producer), Adam Zachary Smith
(Business Development, Sales and AI; producer, thirty years in APAC), Tarik Heitmann
(Board, manager and producer at Kinetic Media). Charles Salmon line-produces
on large productions and is a contractor rather than a partner. Credits listed on the site belong to the
